Hi mate, i bought my last 2 headliners from this guy.. Very helpful.

Padded dash not in great shape. V'd out all splits, and under cut foam so i can get bumper filler up under the viynl. Sanded to shape, plastic primer, a coat of satin black on the back, then to put texture back i apply a very light coat of stone chip, done plenty like this, never had an issue...

Just read threw ya thread mate. Nice work. Nothing on these busses is a 5 minute job.. But you got there. I'm restoring a 72 deluxe at the mo. So I know what's involved. By the way what colours did you go for.. Brilliant blue by any chance??.
