That's what I am wondering about. Leaving the body on looks like a lot of work, and I haven't seen a full restoration on YouTube that explains how to do it leaving the body on.

Thanks for the pictures I tried axel stands but it slipped when on them so i might try the rubber. Also, I purchase a new jack without an extension piece so back to the drawing board.

Next time you do it will you take a picture I might do something similar
