After front scuttle under the windscreen mainly on the nearside but would take a whole cut and also a nearside [RHS as you look from the back] bottom corner well again I would take up to the swage and to the side...

I did the VIP thing as I had some birthday cash burning a hole and actually really liked the non crowds and being able to see cars unhindered.

Thank Mike - I did wonder as much and my bus is still off the road so I couldnt have helped make up the numbers. It was quiet today and the show didnt have the same buzz as some years...it was still very good though :)
Hi David in addition to our convo about rear wiring :whistle:, what is the rear right corner like? specifically near to the seal/engine lid side next to the rear light opening
looking epic my man - very jealous as mine is squirrelled away and I am taking bits off rather than getting it going...
I also like the water pumper to the right of the pic, thinking of getting one for the wife and getting it sign written for her business...
just bringing this up as my tardiness has wained enough to get the engine out and a view of the rear corner I need to repair. As its a 68 and US and only minimum crustyness I am thinking using sections as opposed to a big metal removal operation...issue is that I kind of need below the tray line...
are you still looking? my vw hobby is so at the back of the queue - so life tends to get in the way - which will not help me get the 68 on the road again!
