    What ever you do not paint it with stone chip it will leave a textured finish and take ages to flatten if you do not like it

    Running one of the cheap Chinese ones in my T4 and works a treat ,had a petrol one in the t2 and found the pump would fail if not used regularly so ended up going but to propex in the t2 one under the rock and roll and one up the front under the seat and rely on a heated screen to keep that clear

    Would be looking at fuel system and wiring first as that is where the fire would be starting if that is all sound hopefully you will never need the fire suppression system to operate

    Wiring loom recommendations

    Got mine from Raynes Automotive from what I remember it was responsible as well and had uprated headlight relays and extra cables run in the loom for guages and the likes.All fitted within a day and all the cables were correct to mAtch the original wiring loom.

    To lite steer or not to lite steer

    Hi For those that are using the eBay kit keep an eye on your steering coupling rubber it may be I had a poor quality one but it has been ripped apart within 3 years and about 5000 miles but still would not be without it now just know to keep an eye on the coupling
