Hi, I have removed the cool box and water tank from my LHD '70 westy and replaced these with a modern fridge. I am keeping the door, but other parts are surplus. Not sure if they are useful but let me know if you want them. You can see the photos here...

Did you get a seat belt receiver? I have a 1970 LHD bay from Washington state and replaced both seat belts. I kept the ones I took off, but they are not like yours. The stalk is flexible and the housing is grey. Maybe they were not the originals. If you are interested let me know.
