Hello, 3 milliamps is to much............what modern stuff do you have in the bus ? i would start by connecting amp meter over negative pole and pull fuses power supplies ect to see amp draw reduce as you isolate stuff. cheers

Hi, if all of the other suggestions are ok I would say possibly the baulk rings are weak they hold the gear in tight and if weak in tension allows it to drop out of gear when accelerating, normally syncro problems are grating gears when selected due to the syncro rings not slowing the hub up...
