    Wooden headliner

do you have a local wood specialist that carries baltic birch plywood? that's what you're looking for. Its thinner layers and no voids in the plies. commonly used in homebuilt aircraft and high end cabinets, and also comes in 5 ft x 5 ft sheets, which also works great for doing the floor as well.

    Wooden headliner

i don't think there was any stain on the roof panels, just whatever varnish they used in the 70's tends to yellow with age.

    Vehicle diagnostic tool

Usually in the collector, but the vintage speed exhaust has them on the ends of the muffler, or there is a bolt on tailpipe mount for those who don’t have an O2 bung in the exhaust

    Vehicle diagnostic tool

i have the innovate LM2 , it is invaluable for getting the jetting of your carburetors into the correct range. Most people are driving around with a rich mixture and have no clue, because it "runs good" the LM2 logs the info too so you can download it and graph it to see what's happening...

Fuel Hose and the dreaded E10

I run Gates barricade hoses, I pulled one off last year to check it, and sliced it open, after 7 years it still looked new inside, it had stiffened up some from the heat in the engine bay, but it had no cracks or degradation of the cover either

I don’t know if you have any dodge or Chrysler minivans with stow and go seats on that side of the pond, but that’s what I used in my 71 I fabbed up the brackets to use the existing seat tracks

    parts failure

that was a piss poor weld to hold up the torsion arm. It might have looked pretty, but insufficient weld for the job it's doing
