So … sorted the brakes. In the end replaced the master and slaves so everything now new.
Today … I have mainly been replacing the steering box lube. Not as easy as I thought it would be!! But the old lube was like really old engine oil. Now full of lovely gloop as it should be.

Can’t believe it was Julylast year when I last looked at this. About of illness and forced change of career put everything on hold again..
But .. just got everything back on and bled so happy days.

Mate of mine had a Triumph Stag. On its 40th birthday he took a lovely photo of it and sent it in a card to all the previous owners. He didn’t get a single reply 😳
So checked depth of bend on outer cable (not the easiest thing to do) anyways all good there.
So wound up the adjuster on the cable and finally got feedback on the pedal !!!
Now hopefully adjusted up properly 🙏
Seems it was just my interpretation of what feedback on pedal feels like.

This last one clearly shows a vacant grommet through chassis- although this is not in line with the conduit that carries the cable through to the rear. Is this the route it should take???
