Just had my engine rebuilt and had to get someone to do the timing. I’m going to attempt changing distributor cap and arm tomorrow (and coil pack) but im
Worried that I might affect the timing (my mechanic can’t do until Thursday and we want to get away tomorrow) any dos and donts?

As ever, advice is ALWAYS appreciated

Thanks

It is a very easy job. You are not moving anything vital. Just make sure the leads go back onto the new cap the same way they came off the old. Take a photo first. Why are you changing them? if there is no issue leave them. Go to JK how to videos they have one on how to do this very job. Link below
