Which indictors / Parts ID help.

Afternoon all,

Somehow I have ended up with odd indicator housing on the front, one has a separate contact for the hazard light (Passenger side) the other does not (drivers side).
At the moment I carry an extra bulb and while it's not causing a problem it's kind of bugging me.

It's a 73 Bay, I am guessing the housing with the separate hazard is later than the other, but which is right for the year of my van?

Checking before I start looking on ebay..

Twin contact is US spec amber position and flasher, just put a twin filament (stop/tail) bulb in as I suspect only the indicator is wired up.
