Hi I wonder if anyone could help please? bought a replacement flared arch (VW Brazil) for our 72 cross over i realise i need to alter it as it shouldn't have a step on a 72 cross over, however i have trial fitted it and the gap between arch and door bottom seems excessive as well, so do i just...

Thought i'd better update, lots done but doesn't look it in pics! rear cross member now welded in, off side battery tray in , now i'm nearly ready to get off side corner in, this came with a J peice whicch i was thinking of welding in first then taking my corner up to it and butt welding? also...

How do you finish it on the inside if you haven't got the inner rubber? i know these windows screw into the opening and ive seen the outer seals but i dont know what they should look like on the inside, only asking because im interested in buying a louvre, thanks

Got both ends of chassis rails sorted now! going to give the engine bay a make over before welding the rear valance in and repairing the posts either side of the engine hatch.pics so far..............

Nice looking van, would it not be possible to back the badge say out of aluminium, cut it into a disc and spray it body colour? it would be a shame to cut that front! thanks for posting the pics
