Hope someone can help. My mate has just changed my fuel pump & now the van won't start, engine turns over fine & fuel is getting into the carb but there seems to be no spark at the distributer cap, he checked the fuses & says he didn't touch anything electrical so can't understand it. At one...

Thanks Chris, I've emailed him & we'll see how we do I've seen a few which look right but end up being splined fitting, mine ar like a D Shape with a screw & I don't think they are the same. Richard.

Thanks for the advice I'll take it out & see if I can get a rebuild kit, I'll change the oil while I'm at it as well.

Hope someone can help, my fuel pump seems to be leaking out of what looks like a breather hole on the bottom. Do I just need a new pump or might it be something else? Thanks, Richard.
