800 wet and dry then 1200 wet and dry then alot of elbow greese and autosol or light rubbing compound, id take it off so you dont scratch paint and whilst your there id replace the clips as there quite cheap then you can clean all the crud from behind the trim. very satisfying when done :D

front : drop spindles,beam adjusters and notched with 195/45/14 tyres no need for tubs. rear : horseshoes and 1 outer spline and notched for driveshafts will be building a new beam with tubes closer together so i can run this low without too much scrapage 8)
