I'm thinking that the selector shafts should all line up but one seems to stick up more than the rest? First time I have ever split a box so help!! :D

I've got them and they are no way as good as a proper camper r&r bed. They do a job but I find they were very fiddly to set up and I have to use an air bed on top to get comfy. You also have to unscrew the seat back when you want to use them, unless I did it wrong! Overall they are just about...
