    hi guys I am coming towards the end of my dormobile restoration and am currently doing the interior. I've bought some vinyl to cover all the door cards but am not sure what to use underneath for padding. What can you guys recommend and where can i get some? Cheers

    Hi I know this sounds stupid but could anyone post a picture of there accelerator pedal, I've got to weld on a new pedal bracket to my new floor and can't remember which way round it goes. Thanks.

    1970 Dormobile - First ever attempt at a resto

    Good luck with the resto, I too am doing a 1970 Dormy, have a thread on here somewhere. Progress is slow but loving every minute.

    Little bit more done this morning. Floor in, lower wheel tub repair section in, that took some fettling the panel was nothing like the original shape. started seam welding the seatbelt repair panel in and some other small repairs but forgot to take pictures.

    My 1970 Dormobile

    Put the door on so that i could line up the arch and tacked it in position. Arch took a lot of fettling and manipulating to get it to fit, but very pleased with final gaps and position. That is a bitch of a job, not looking forward to the other side.

    I'm a maintenance engineer for a company that make torque wrenches and other torque equipment. I'm pretty much my own boss, the pay is reasonable, the hours are great and the best thing of all is that we have shot blasting, powdercoating and painting equipment amongst many other useful tools...
