Post ownership clear out! - All sold.

Having sold the bus I've been having a clear out and now have lots to get rid of! I'll put some prices on a few parts, but if you see anything not priced please PM me to discuss. Some will be postable (I'll have to work out costs when I know what you want), some definitely collection only from...

For Sale - 1971 Earlybay Westy with 1.9Tdi engine

Welcome to the sale of our much loved VW campervan that we have owned and adapted for the last 12 years. It was imported from USA as a sunroof deluxe model by a company in Hastings. I bought it from them and had them fit a Westfalia roof, renovate the bodywork and respray it for me. It's gone...

How long have you owned your current bus?

Going to be 12 years this month...gone through a lot of changes in that time and been mostly brilliant. However, I may be selling it next year having said I'd never get rid... Just the stupid kinda thing you do when you get it to just where you want it  Cheers Al

    Big motors, who's packing what?

It's a Revo map...generic job. I am thinking of getting a rolling road tuner to look at it, but it drives well enough for it to not be a priority at the mo ;) The Scoob was a great step up from a standard engine and served me well, but this it a different league in terms of driveability and grunt.

    Big motors, who's packing what?

It's certainly rapid in the bus (makes the old Scooby 2.0 n/a seem slow) and makes it very relaxing to drive now...nice easy cable change gearshift too. Not had the cam done yet...can wait till it goes! I had a PD150 Golf a few years ago and it did 210k miles before the cam followers went and...

    Rear wheel bearings.

Ages since I did mine so can't really remember...but surely if it needs the spacer tubes they'll already be in there and can be reused?? If not there, then no need for them...? Have fun with the hub nut ;) Cheers Al

    Big motors, who's packing what?

Just thought I'd chuck my curveball in as this thread's been revived... 1.9TDi PD150 (remapped to about 180bhp/300lbs/ft) from a Golf with Passat/A4 5-speed gearbox :msn4:
