    No power

Check the fuses first and work back to the headunit from there - you have probably popped one when moving the wires about

    Disc Brake upgrade help

Dont think my master cylinder was changed - the non return valve needs to be removed I think, was a while ago though. If you can find one a remote brake servo is also a worthwhile investment although nearly everywhere in the world is out of stock at the min. Might be worth getting a servo...

    Disc Brake upgrade help

Loads of options ref disk brakes on the front - all depends on whether you want to remain wide 5 or change stud pattern. If you stay wide 5 you can get CSP Disk Brakes which have been a trouble free solution on my bus if not a tad expensive. Change your stud pattern and you can go late bay...

    Brake Trouble

Shock absorber mounts? Jack the bus up and try and move the wheels to check the wheel bearings, shocks, beam and so on. See if they are both equal when dropped and spin freely With the weight removed it should be straightforward to spot Take some pics and upload them here

    mot changes

Be interesting to see what happens when someone takes their classic vehicle in for a mot when the new type test is approved and they arent able to pass the vehicle due to lack of airbags/seatbelts or some other mandatory item that cannot be deleted from the system because the vehicle being...

    Notched Chassis

Loads and loads of buses running big notches, tubs and raised engines with transmissions on the UK roads legally and with a MOT - just as long as the notches are safe and well done you shouldnt have an issue getting the relevant paperwork to use on the road.

    Big motors, who's packing what?

Yes mate - understand the sentiment and would have remained aircooled if it could have remained in budget but try building an aircooled 2.5 with fuel injection and a reliable 180bhp for £3k. Not gonna happen. Love your motor though buddy will be more rapid than mine I bet. Just hope the parts...

Expanding foam in box sections of chassis

Id just get a pokey stick and a hoover and go at it a stage at a time - acetone and foam cleaner will be as difficult to remove as the foam itself and would probably make the bus smell rather unpleasant. Got any pics of the affected areas?
