    I get pretty decent sound. Also there is a single vent speaker but it's disconnected as wasn't balanced with the other speakers. Looks pretty trick and you can't really see it when looking in the bus.

    I need to do mine as well. This has been on the cards for years but I've not wanted to remove the door on my own. What exactly do I need to remove other than the two screws.

    I always open the rear quarter window when driving the West for air flow. Works well. I also have a 12v fan in the back powered by a lighter socket.
