    3D printing...

I've got a 3D printer, about 7 years ago, it's a Prusa and comes in a kit, so me and my lad had fun building it first. It works fine, but after the initial excitement we haven't actually used it that much. I did print a small instrument holder for my temp gauge which I put under the dash. Have a...

    Adjustable Spring Plates

Hi Nugsy, when I got my bus it had, maybe 3", drops out back and I had to deflate the tyre to get the wheel off. Was a bit of a pain TBH and they were low profile tyres on 15". I wanted to put original C14 van tyres on steels so got some Transporterhaus adjustable spring plates, really good...

    Show me your knob

Oh yeah, I had a late bay about 30 years ago and yeah, it only had a small black knob, no lockout, your right it would have taken a bit of a Muppet to shove it in reverse instead of 2nd.

So if you've only got a knob, how do you disengage the reverse lock, my knob has a button on the side?

Just done it - can't see any option for the "Last Orders" VW thing, I choose "Group" as the preferred area. (I'm off to Majorca tomorrow with some mates for a bit of "cycling" apparently - but then we've only gone and booked an all-inclusive hotel - what can possibly go wrong?)

    FBH fuel tank location…

I've got one of those, haven't got round to installing it yet, or buying a diesel heater, LOL, they vent from the small tube on top of filler neck. Which I guess you would attach a fuel line to and vent somewhere (?)

    Tyre size and Handling

Is the handling just bad in cross winds? If so try pumping them up more, I had similar tyres when I got my bus in 2019 and they had about 32psi in and cross winds were a real problem, after I put like 42 in the handling was better. The solution I have now is van tyres on rear and 4x4 tyres on...
