Wanted Ply for floor in Earlybay/advice on what kind to buy

As trinket said above, use 6mm ply in the recess area to bring it up level, then 9mm on top of that to cover the whole floor. I used a spare roll of lining wallpaper to get the shape right before actually cutting the board. Unfortunately due to the sheet size you can buy 8' x 4' ,it has to be...

Help Needed - Oil Cooler choice

That is a clean install ASH. How does the oil enter your full flow system from the standard oil system? Ive seen the option for a take between the standard cooler and block, but that's about £70 and needs mods. Others I've seen are one that comes off the oil pump and another option seems to be...

Help Needed - Oil Cooler choice

Thanks for the advice Alex and Ash. Hadn't found those two threads. Looks like location of choice is under the battery tray, one question though; Does the oil cooler not hang down dangerously far? Cant tell if its lower than the exhaust/bumper mounts, sump. So I need: a take off plate for...

Help Needed - Oil Cooler choice

Whilst trying to sort out issues with my new engine build, I happened to meet a chappy who builds air cooled engines to put in Porsche replicas. He recommended that with a 1776 running twin 34 ICT's etc he would not run it unless it had an external oil cooler. Never got to chat to him for long...

    Old sunroof cables

have you tried buying direct from EIS in the states, that's where I got mine, and even with import to the UK wored out cheaper than getting them from here. http://www.eisparts.com/241877306/Cable%2C+Sun+Roof%2C++Bus+%27+68+-+%27+79%2C+Right%2CNew~%21.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return...

Earlybay Busfest Weekend tickets - Camping Unit and 2 Adults

true, very true I've held out with my fingers crossed for as long as I could hoping to get the bus back in time. We sold our 'party tent' and only have the one we bought from you. The misses is worried about space, not having the bus to stretch out in when needed.

Earlybay Busfest Weekend tickets - Camping Unit and 2 Adults

I wish, but not after being messed around like I have. They had the engine 9 weeks (3 weeks machining) during the build they couldn't get the piston rings to fit. I went to have a look measured the pistons and told them they were putting 1641 rings on a 1776. I wasn't sure what engine was in it...

Earlybay Busfest Weekend tickets - Camping Unit and 2 Adults

Well with heavy heart, and after seemingly being messed around by the folks building my engine, it looks like we won't be able to make it next weekend. Even if the engine comes back in time I don't want to test/run it in travelling to Malvern. Cant face turning up in the Focus as it just isn't...

Earlybay Camp Out 23/4 April 2016-Banbury BOOKING SITE OPEN

I'd be up for this. We visit Kingsbury Water Park quite a bit and often thought it would be a great placed for a small meet/show if they were happy to allow overnight camping. They have dedicated caravan area, but nothing like being in an open filed...
