Sounds about right for twin carbs don't ya think. If i went down that road I'd go straight to a trusted place with a rolling road and adequate stock of carb bits etc.

The only other thing not mentioned are two small plates that fit between the cylinder heads to direct air flow, not sure what they're called . Also tinware rubber seal and there are a few rubber seals around the oil cooler, avaliable new.

The radius on the r/h air deflector is to clear the 50mm air hose that comes off the 'stove pipe'.
