    Took out RAC roadside assistance - me that's covered and not the vehicle. Also replaced the rear boots this morning: The original tyres were 22 years old - oucho_O

    With the driver's seat out I could access a bit more inside so added some grommets to the holes I have in tubs (no pics) and also added a grommet to the hole for the clutch pedal (no pics) so it doesn’t rub on the metal. While the seat was out, Morty, our cat decided to have a rest on it…...

    06.03.2022 Worked on getting the horn working again - the previous connector had just pulled free so put a new spade on and re-routed the cable. Tested by turning the steering wheel and no snagging. Will keep my eye on it but should be ok now :)

    I have the figure of 8 strip (needs refitting at some stage) that goes under the poptop which means cutting a hole in the top to allow it to close - could be an option?

    I am using my son's Peugeot 207 at the moment as sold my last car (Audi TT Mk1 BAM). Once my son has passed his test and I will have to share the use of my wife's car (Ford Focus ST MK3). Looking to get a motorbike this summer (not owned one for 16 years or so, but have ridden a few in-between)...
