    Hardboard Headliner Dimensions

Thanks for the info - looking forward to any pics you have :) The website above is pretty informative so will look to see what I can do to get this done - will just tidy up the interior I think.

    Hardboard Headliner Dimensions

Hi all Does anyone have dimensions or templates for cutting the headliner from hardboard (or similar material) as mine is a Dormobile and the front headliner was beyond savage so thought about going for a hardboard type one instead? Cheers

Everything apart from the the drums are new - the star adjusters move easily so no need to clean up. Damn - another £100 for the new drums it is then :(

Agree with the above - an original Pict 34 is a solid performer if leaving everything else stock

I backed off the handbrake fully and it made no difference. I think I will swap the drums over and see if the noise moves across. If it does then its the drum, if not then the mechanics (thats my logic anyway!)

Fair comment - all brake parts are new (apart from the drums) and I built them at the same time and made sure they are right but will double check - so close and yet so far!!

22.05.2022 That noisy rear end - jacked up the van and had a good look around. Decided to take the drive shaft off to make sure it is not that - good news it isn’t as the same noise happens whether it is attached or not! Took the drum off and when I spin the stub axle, silence (should hope so...

Hopefully - rain stopped play today so will try and get the van in the air next week after work and take a look.

12.02.2022 Made up a seat belt bracket while it was raining this afternoon. [/URL'] Painted and installed this evening once the rain had stopped: Depending on the weather tomorrow I will see if I can get it back in the air to check what is making the rubbing noise.

Thanks - I just fabricated one :) Waiting for the rain to stop so I can install it (had the right gauge angle iron in the garage so cut to shaped, drilled and painted)!
