Jeez George - sorry about your bad luck and fingers crossed you are luck with were the bits of metal have ended.

Weather relented so some work done today - hurrah :) Replaced the fuel tank nipple with a new one and bought extra washers plus the metal petrol tank filter. Installed and no leaks so another thing off of the list. Also bought bolts for the 2 heater cables so I can connect up the heat...

Ouch - that rust does look horrible but hope you have caught it early enough. What's up with the fuel tank?

Still drips :( Will get what Mike above suggests and see if that helps.

Doh - the washer is on the wrong side - should be on the nut side :)

22.12.2020 Smelt fuel so ducked under the van it is dripping from the fuel pipe coming from the bottom of the fuel tank so took it out to have a look as no matter how tight I made it, fuel still dripped out :( A pick of the filter with a notch in it that may be the cause - suggestions...

Good one - will remember that.
