Hi, I am missing a headlight rim on the right hand side, they are the one hole headlight rims. Anyone know where I can get on as all i see are the 3 hole ones. Cheers

Just smashed my front windsceen taking it out - awesome :cry: So, can anyone recommend the best place to purchase one please.

Just wondering when they painted the buses from the factory did they use cellulose or was it some type of acrylic / synthetic stuff?

Best thing or what I did anyway was I removed the complete steering lock and ignition. I just put a USB where it used to go and put a ignition switch on the dash, quite simple wiring. Some day I may reinstate it but something tells me I probably never will. The downside is you have no steering...

Coming from the side door - I would check the drain holes.

It may be as simple as your fuel filter is blocked. Probably best tp get rid of it altogether.

I have pulled the sunroof and had a go at repairing the left hand cable. Originally they have a alloy end crimped on so I made a brass ferrule and soldered that on. Lets see how long this lasts :unsure:

I could almost swear my left hand sunroof cable is kaput, they really are a crap crazy design! Anyone out there who may have a left hand cable or knows of where i can get hold of one??

Mine been welded I still rang a wire front to back. I shall post a picture i just drilled a a hole at either end of where the belly pans rang and just ran a 'fishing' wire to pull the wire through - quite simple.

I believe the middle belly pans on my US import '71 are welded but i would love to be proved wrong :)
