What about a portable power station like Ecoflow, Bluetti etc.Saves wiring in MPPT controllers and stuff and you could have a 100 watt flexible solar panel plugged in, and its portable. Simples, go for one that is LIFEPO4 as they last longer.

Or, you could do what I did which was remove the ignition and lock altogether and just put a simple ignition in the dash? Yes you lose the steering lock but that wouldn't stop anyone with a decent screwdriver. And at a later date you could always fit it as it should be at a later date.

have you got a Multitool George, you can get metal blades for them and you will have good controllability, or you can cut a slot in the dome of the coach bolt for a screwdriver.
