Hey Scoops Ive bought new steel dome bolts in the past, then Ive sanded the coating/paint off the heads , soaked them in bleach and made a salty soulution up using table salt and water . Ive sprayed them with the mixture every few days and left them in the rain in the backgarden for a week...
