When you get your new laminated screen in, you’ll be able to wear Polaroid sun glasses without going cross eyed. Ozziedog,,,,,,,,, just don’t lookin the mirror :)

    1975 Panel Restoration/Build Camper

Raptor? I think one of our good members was having issues with Raptor very recently. Have a look at K@rlos resto thread which in itself is a real good read. But on the very last page he mentions a bit about Raptor and how he’s not that pleased with it. As for the carpet trick, that may have the...

If you are talking about the floor inside then I’d make sure it was zinc agreeable with Google for the paint. Or use a coat of multi purpose primer to ensure your new paint will adhere nicely. Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,you are gonna be busy :)

    Wot Shows for 2025 ?

Who’s doing what ? Who’s going where? Any shows that have rung a bell with you personally this year and last year ?. I’m thinking 99% sure on Ninove, Skeg Vegas, Techenders, Dubs At The Castle, Bristol Volksfest, And any that have worn off the novelty this year and I’m afraid Busfest is on my...

    Lares

I didn’t think it would fit on yours bud with that custom front end. For everyone though I’m thinking between thirty five and forty five pounds per item plus postage if required . I’ll pick mine up at Techenders and if anyone wants one I’ll get theirs too. I’m not doing the group buy myself, but...

    1975 Panel Restoration/Build Camper

The roof lining / ceilings have 25mm of celotex glued directly to the roof. The ceiling itself is a sheet of 3mm foamex and any vinyl image can be attached. The ceiling can be slid in and out again as it’s supported by chromed plastic tiling beads and the led light is all that stops it from...

Glad you have taken up my suggestion. With the windscreen, as you say , “Two pairs of hands Is much better” I would put a nice new blade in a Stanley knife and cut the rubber through. That rubber is toast do order a new one. While you are there, I’d have a good look at the screen to see if it’s...

Exactly this, it’s a great base. I have a cheapso blind that I’ve now used behind the seats that I secure with magnets just to pull across to block the cab for when it’s just me (mostly). If you’re building a rock and roll bed, especially with your experienced friend, you could copy the...

Glad you’ve joined us, and with the best start ever of loads of pictures, that’s wonderful and exactly what we like. Before you go crazy making this and that, I thoroughly recommend you take little steps and see exactly what suits you and your gang. I’d also recommend visiting gatherings and...

    Get together

Yes Tuckers Grave is perfect apart from I’d feel a bit guilty as in it’s twenty minutes from mine and others would have to go further. BUT if nothing better comes up or no better ideas then why not. Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,could be in a lot worserer places :)

    Get together

Just giggled where Tenbury Wells is and it’s sort of between or near Lemmy and Brummy land. So not a million miles from us in Bristol but a fair old drag for Jonathan the Gas 1 man. So Gloc is good, M4 corridor is good so long as it’s not too far East or West, sounds like a great name for a...

    Lean Carb Back-fire

^^^ ^^^ ^^^ Wot they said. But I’d still do your valves first anyway unless you got hydraulic ones. Not sure if I could hear a bit of hissing or if I’d imagined it then believed it. Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,,bit toooo clean in there for my liking :) ;) :)

C Tek is the top banana one if you’re listening to them peeps wot knows. One of them told me that the Aldi Lidl versions are clones of the C Tek. I’ve had one for about five years and it’s fab but I don’t trust anything enough to fit and leave it for the winter. I’m more inclined to pop it on...

    Lares

There’s a group buy over on the LateBay.com for flexible steering couplings from a place in the states called ‘Lares’. Going by the results of the last group buy with these, it would seem you can’t buy better. After watching all the results, I swapped mine for a good spare in my garage and the...

Brilliant, glad you’re back as we’ve missed you. I’m assuming your health issue was something to do with your balance? Either that or you’re stood on a very steep hill in the first photograph. Pictures look fab as does your van. Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,, So,, don’t disappear again bud :)
