Regarding the horn, I might be wrong and/or pointing out the obvious but from memory I believe it's always live and comes on when earthed? Not sure if that's what you mean tho.

I found that the door popped out on my old bus after fitting new seals. They eventually bedded-in after a few months of slamming it shut if memory serves.

Good idea with the rivets. Yeah, not gonna lie, I'll probably get a fancy one at some point but the gears on my bus were unusable then I fitted one of these I got cheap and it totally sorted it.

Always fancied one myself. All that room for camping plus being able to stand up will be well handy. Ah just saw that you may not be able to stand up in it, oh well still handy for all that extra room.
