    Gearbox Experts please

Well I have had a chat with cog box and bears and they are both saying the same thing. Looks like 1st and 2nd to stay unchanged. 3rd will need to be bespoke to allow for rpm drop for the longer 4th. The 4,57 will be no good for me due to the wheel size. Thanks for all the input

    Gearbox Experts please

Just come off of the phone from Pete funnily enough. Like you say knowledgeable guy. He advised against the rack and pinion and to have a taller 4th put in if my wheels are to be kept. 2k for a brand new build with me keeping my existing box as a spare just in case I want stock again down the...

Wise words, although to get a bit of info beforehand helps to make you sound like you know what you're on about, helps to prevent getting your pants pulled down.

    Annoying leak!!

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Ozzie, think now you mention it could well be the rust buggering up the seal as it's a lot worse around where the actual leak is. I will get some blue tack and cover up the wiper next Time it's raining. Going to put it in to Evil ben's for some work on the dog...

    Advice/diagnosis needed

Cheers mate, luckily I carry I spare pump with me. When I get to Newquay I'll swap it over and hopefully that'll sort it. Would fuel in the oil cause the rear main seal to keep giving up on me? Sorry man your asking the wrong guy, I'm at the beginning of my learning curve. If you've had it out...
