Yes you can use the 944 bearings from a 82-85 car but the oil seal is wrong for a bay spindle but it is correct for a split spindle. Split requires the Porsche seal which is 64 45 9 Bay requires a larger seal which is 64 50 9 Just come up against this issue so thought Id add it here as it might...
