Heat Exchanger to Body pipe question

Are you sure that metal thingy inside that fibre sealing ring isn't the remains of an old heat exhanger flange?. I dont recall there being any metal items within those bellow assemblies  . Try removing the metal thingy and then offering the bellows/sealing rings up to your heat exchangers...

Heat Exchanger to Body pipe question

Yes the pipes (black plastic bellow type thingies) should simply push over the exterior of the exchanger pipes and then be secured with a clip. One of your items must be of the incorrect size (hopefully the pipes  ). It might be possible to fabricate some type of coupler for them if you...

    Carb Confusion!

You could do with a carb and manifold off a blown engine, one you can just bolt on and get you back on the road with a few tweaks. I do actually have these items but the carb is probably a bit worn, anyone else got anything :?:

Inner windscreen repair panel fitting advice

It is definatly spot welded to the airbox panel, might be easier to cut out the upper rotten section and weld in a repair plate fabricated from a cardboard template. Good luck.

    Waxoil n Underseal

Waxoyl (finnegans) also make a good quality underseal which does actually contain waxoyl and remains more flexible than some of the old style underseals, good stuff. Obviously waxoyl is totally useless for wheel arches etc, the spray washes it off

    Your Thoughts Please...............

I think campers are more popular in the UK because of the crap weather we have here, beats sleeping in a tent anyday  . Imported busses are also popular over here because of the damp climate, most UK busses have their fair share of corrosion/filler, imports are usually more Solid, rust...

Hello all, I've had a really good quote on a respray today, the question is, is the colour divide on a 68 dormobile the type where the body is one colour and the roof is white?, or is the lower body one colour and the rest from the window line upwards in white?. I need to get this right...
