Last week worked hard to get Lefty ready for MOT. Last check-up on electricity, lubricate the front beam etc. There where some problem with the brakes :( Looked at it with a few people and make sure there's no air in the brake system . . . also double checked the rear brakes. The problem is...

Had done some small thing to get the engine ready for mounting. Placed an CSP bracket with oil temp sender in it and also replaced the oil pressure sender to a 10 bar model. Next thing is fitting a new gas cable and the install the engine!! After installing the engine I'll place the oil filter...

So, the bumpers are back and they looked not bad at all. Okay, there where some dents in them, but that's no problem. I prefer an 'used' look so it suits the body of the bus better. Sanded them and sprayed a first layer of oxid red. Today spraying the next layer . . . From this . . . ...

The smile is still there :D This week connected a new fuel lines between the tank and the electric fuel pump. Also installed a filter and filter and a safety cut-out relay for the electric fuel pump. No pics ;-) Also started with sanding the bumpers. The rear bumper wasn't very straight but...
