Hi not sure how it would be a making a difference as all your replacing is the screw in bung with a sender . The spring and plunger stay in situ so I can't see it effecting much ?

I'm going with the sender that fits in place of the oil pressure relief screw as it's meant to be a better place to get a more consistent reading . Thanks all

Thanks all . I've decided to buy a new Bosch kit as it was most cost effective with my discount . Hopefully ghat will sort things .The only query is the wiring kit diagram says to connect the brown Dynamo wire to the earth on the new alternator .Where does the brown wire go to from the alternator?
