Few more updates .Ive now finished the birch head liner and have just finished fitting my new full length rack .

I've recently fitted a new fuel sender ,and I have checked that there is power going to the gauge from the rear end .The sender unit I used was a VDO one but it was 20mm shorter than the original bay one. I know there is about £20 of fuel in the tank but the needle on the gauge only sits at the...

That's where I bought my ply roof panels and I had to do a send load of cutting and sanding .I wrote him a long email and included pics of the finished job and also all the pieces I had to cut off ,He partially refunded me ,but I would of preferred not to of had to spend hours n hours cutting...

I'm going to take it up to a guy who is sh-t hot and see if he thinks it's close enough to the corner to soft edge . He did mention a brush but I'd prefer to see if soft edging was poss first . I'm not keen on the brush idea for reasons you mentioned ,and wouldn't want the door completely done...
