Hi,my 68 bay used to have wiper switch in dash but on renovation i had later bay indicaters/wiper/wash wired in to a later bespoke front loom like a later bay with hazards e.t.c.I did get a proper auto electrics company to do this as old wiring can be very temprementle,never mind...

saw one at dub freeze 3 yrs ago but he wanted 50 sheets and i wasnt paying that but now i would lol :lol:

the set up is brand new,i think it hasnt been done properly,i have a local guy on the case as he knows a lot more than me on engines thanks

dont know the size geeze,my knowledge on carbs is non existant lol

i will be checking fuel this afternoon as soon as it stops raining,it ticks over on two on its own so think fuel is ok.I will put a spare plug on the lead and test it at the other end cheers.Humpty i have been told bout "reducing" kits or something for the carbs but was told cheaper to flog...

Hi peeps,would i be correct in thinking that two twin 40's webbers are two big for a 1641 ?engine has only done 100 mile and the left bank isnt firing at plug end.I have been told that 34/36 carbs are the way forward as the 40's are "drowning" the engine and mpg and performance will never be at...
