Morning peeps just about to rebuild my front beam not sure whats best to use poly bushes or roller bearings as i have new drop spindles to fit :D also shocks would the coil overs be a better option. Thanks Ian

evening all doing a resto on my early bay in the midst of replacing inner and outer sills would you replace the stengthner or would it be ok to leave it out, will have to try and get some pics up soon. regards ian. :D .

first off happy new year to you all :D can any body help as im doing a full resto on my E/B removed front beam to repair chassie bought droped spindles etc trying to fit arms and i cant get them off i have taken out all grub screws (on 4 arms and 2 on the beam) arms are still hard up against...

Can any body help as im going to buy dropped spindles but im waiting as i need to convert to discs :) so im looking for front disc set up EG calipers,discs,hubs and spindles think thats it so i can convert my early bay to discs. Thanks Ian.

Can any body help looking for an early bay lowerd beam preferably dropped spindles or both cash waiting for the right set-up i do have wide 5s,so if i changed to the later set up would need rears and wheels regards ian.
