Easy fix Marty. There's a screw on the rear plastic cover which adjusts the speed. Clockwise rotation will slow it down. 20 minutes is roughly half a turn. May need some fine tweaking.
My fronts are 165 50. but I'd prefer a little more rubber between me and the road that's why I suggested 165 65's
185 65 is probably the smallest rollling circumference you can go for engine revs. Any smaller and you're really affecting your motorway speed.
15" split bus wheels came in 2 variants Easy. Crows foot and standard. They both look the same apart from 3 small ridges on the bolt holes. Lots of folks think "crows foot" is the common name for all Splitscrren wheels but this isn't the case. Read the 1st post here if you're still confused...
