soo hoses replaced today! ..and well it was that :roll: they all do as they should now :D though my T jonction at the rear leaks alot now! ...and possibly one of the front calipers i rebuilt! wtf :shock: lol will i ever see the back of these brakes! the van was suposed to be taking us down to...

hmm okay, well i'll make that tomorows job to change all the hoses then! i rebuilt all the remaining brakes today front and rear but only one of the rear works how it should :roll: the rest all lock up still! ..soo change them tomorrow and see if it sorts it! (though the flexis look new :oops...

could anybody sugest what i could do then? i've decided it wont be the calipers (thanks maybee) and checked all the brake lines etc, replaced the used ones.. still no change, locks up righ away! as of yet i've only rebuilt one corner, should i do the rest before i start changing things? ..or...

so, this morning i'v rebuilt one side of the front brakes on me new van, calipers and evrything.. put them back together, bled them, and then as soon as i pushed the pedal they locked up again! (being locked up when i started!) i don't think its just me putting them back together wrong, could...

right, so in my bay i've got a dead t4 2l cj engine... i've been looking for ages now for a second hand one, with no luck (i'm in france.. i'm sure its a different story in england..) all i can seem to find is a 2l cu engine.. and of corse mine being a cj not cu, i was wondering if a cu engine...

well.. done abit more this week-end started on the other side which was sorta none existent soo patched the tray up^ then got the pannel on... went quicker than the other side, fit 1st time =]]] here it is finnished: also been playing bout with photo shop, lowerin it looks cool but...

finished welding up this corner and battery tray tday.. next job, other side... next weekend maybe

tacked it in... anyone else out there got a work shop as good as mine? (with the mud floor etc lol)

done abit more today, started on one of the rear conrners. fixed up the post. fitted the new battery tray in. next i'll be gettin the corner bit on, maybe tomuro

finished with the front for now so but that all back yesterday also got the rear engine lid back on, and finished, needs some filler... oww and found a cool sticker for the back..

xmas has been got sum new bits: new welder, mask, melat etc did sum patching up on the front floors, first ever shot at welding so dont look to pritty, but its strong.. also did some at the back so i can get the engine lid on! photos tomoro if i finish it.
