I rang Bromsgrove and they were very helpfull. They've been having problems with their emails and they werent getting through to them properly. Will update when I have more info.

I think the problem in this day and age we expect everyone to respond by email quickly yet most small businesses like BAT are flat out trying to get buses and cars ready for the upcoming season, might be worth picking up the phone and giving them a ring. They will respond but it may take a few...

Have to say very disappointed they have not responded to an email. By that I mean Bromsgrove. If you have a contact page would hope for some sort of resport within 24hrs.
