Lucky it only happens on first start and not going down the motorway...

Hi, i have a 2110cc mounted to a 6rib type 4 box, bug tech shifter, all works amazing! Apart from its started sticking in 4th gear? Until i stop then it seems to release? Any ideas!?? Cheers jai
