unfortunately the pics are too big to upload, i can tell you these were a result of changing the floor and metalworks underneath,which i attempted to do

i have a bulge in the middle panel,approx 400mm from bottom up, my question is, do i need to change complete panel, can i cut out just above bulge,between panel seams, being a builder and not a welder, i have tools to cut this out,between seams, or do i ask a proffesional cheers
