Still stuck on these damn brakes :cry: ... One of my handbrake cables wasn't over the handbrake mechanism under the van, so i loosened from inside the van, took the cable off and put it over the mechanism and back into the van but now, no matter how much I pull I can't get it back into place...

As the title says, looking to find out what the best books are, obviously a haynes manual is up there, but anything else specifically for nut and bolt restoration, engine rebuilding, a general guide. Cheers :mrgreen:

Been at these rear brakes for too long now but getting there, was about to start adjusting and bleeding them then I noticed the rear left handbrake cable was off the hook (dont know the technical term :lol: ) at the front end. I loosened it off from inside the van as loose at would go and...
