Hi, I am trying to establish if the solenoid is working correctly. When I apply 12v to the solenoid I can hearing it clicking and whilst looking through the small holes in the side I can see a rod moving in and out. Should the end that screws into the carb move in and out? Appreciate any advice

Hi, I need to remove the bolt from the fan so I can remove the alternator, is the thread a standard right hand thread, or a left hand thread. Thanks
