No thermostat and no vents flaps

Had to run a long drill bit down between the heads to allow the rod to pass through. That sorted that issue. Found I had a leaking wax stat. My fault for testing the system in place with a hot air gun.... just toooo hot fir the thermostat.ooops!

    Throttle linkage

Top man. CSP bell crank are the best. I tried two different bar versions but they had a habit of suffering heat changes so setting the twin carbs up was difficult. The original frame fell apart under the weight of the new ali sheet so I had to make a new one. You must use blind rivets and a lot of them !

Cab door window glass referb - Now window wont lower

You may need to use washers to pack the winder mechanism mounting to allow it to line up properly. For easy winding .

Cab door window glass referb - Now window wont lower

Hi guys , the felt channels are tight. But the majority of new glass is thinner normally causing problems with the bottom glass holders needing squeezing to hold the the glass tight. Use silicon lubricating spray should help the glass move a little more freely .
