Hi, Is it possible to find a Dormobile serial number? Sadly all the dormobile stuff has been removed, just have scars on roof from hinges and the four holes on dash from serial number plate.

So I have 71 that had too much play on front bearing, took it apart to find no thrust washer fitted behind locknut. Picked up new washer and found it was way to small to fit over spindle, grabbed OG one from my Beetle spares and found it to be the same size. Packet new washer was in said T1 46 -...
