Hi Mark, I’ve scraped all the underseal and clay off the underside now and it’s really solid , edges of the load bed are the worst place but overall it’s in better nick than my late was ! Soon have it sorted .

I wouldn’t like to risk it, essentially pivots on two M12 bolts!

Singlecabs are a bit bottom heavy, it was very reluctant to roll Got there in the end with my lad manning the locking pin and me swinging on the cab . Underneath half an inch of sandy clay there’s lots of original paint and very little rot

Inner panels are pretty solid just a few localised repairs. I’ll feel happier putting it on the rollover jig when this is all solid.
