My friend has recommended that I get a fire suppression system for my 1971 early bay. Apparently there's a risk of the engine bursting into flames? Does anyone know about this?

Proud owner of this beautiful van. Original engine, original paintwork. Thinking about selling but feeling very conflicted about it, especially as the spring comes creeping back in. What do you reckon...?!
