you need a v55/5. you can order a pack from the dvla which contains all the relevent forms.

I had the same problem when I fitted mine. I cured mine by sticking it in 2nd gear, loosening the bolts and pushing the reverse lock out plate as far to the left as poss, then tighten it all up. HTH. Al

sounds like the gen needs re-polarising. sending pos current down the earth wire.

try upping your fuel pressure, sound like there's not enough fuel in the float chambers on open throttle
