Have you disconected the wire going to the back of the dash black wire from fuse one it feeds the fuel gauge ect the card spacers to the fuel gauge on mine broke up and the connector shorted out

Had it once and lost my sight for two days as it was so bad after that brougt the best mask I could afford auto dimming if you have a work lamp near your work u don't need to flip the mask at all look after your eyes you only get one pair
